| Dog Bite Viscous Animal Attacks The owners or those in control of a pet have an obligation to keep it under control. If the animal had previously bitten or attacked someone, the obligation on the owner to keep it muzzled and/or under control is even greater. If you or a loved one have been bitten or scarred by an animal attack, or been involved in an accident by an animal escaping someone's property and entering into a public area, you may be entitled to compensation for your losses. An animal attack can be traumatic, particularly for young children and the losses are not necessarily merely physical such as scarring but often psychological. It is appropriate that medical treatment be given. At Auld Allen, we have dealt with numerous viscous animal type claims and are pleased to discuss any unfortunate incident with you whereby you or a loved one may have been a victim of an animal attack. Refer to Personal Injury section of the website for aditional information. |
